Who we are
Six Circles Renewables, LLC ("Six Circles," "we," "us") operates sixcirclesrenewables.com and its associated services: the NC Solar Provider Directory, the Balcony Solar advocacy page, and the Off-Grid Solar Store (powered by Shopify). We are based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
What we collect
Directory browsing. When you browse the NC Solar Directory, we do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information. We collect standard web analytics data (page views, referrer URLs, device type, approximate location by city) through Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights.
Store purchases. If you buy something from our Off-Grid Solar Store, your transaction is processed by Shopify. We receive your name, shipping address, and order details. We do not store your payment card information — Shopify handles that directly.
Contact. If you email us at hello@sixcirclesrenewables.com, we retain your message and email address to respond to your inquiry.

Google AdSense
We display ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites on the internet. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your browsing history.

Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights

Shopify

OpenStreetMap / Leaflet
The interactive map on our directory page loads map tiles from CartoDB (CARTO). This involves your browser making requests to CARTO's tile servers, which may log your IP address. See CARTO's Privacy Policy.

Data retention
Analytics data is retained in aggregate form by Vercel for up to 12 months. Email correspondence is retained as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry. Store order data is retained by Shopify per their data retention policy.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Changes to this policy
